Everyone loves to eat out, but I don't feel that fine dining has to involve reservations. When entertaining at home, always "set the stage" for an elegant meal. There should be as much detail paid to your presentation as there is to your entree.
That's why this Gatsby Dining Chair has really been one of my personal favorite projects in a long while. A dining chair is your first impression before a meal, and this one is all about a subtle wow factor...in look & comfort. We literally tested handfuls of body types to get that perfect pitch for everyone. Thanks to all our delivery peeps, mail carrier, and random walk-ins that I subjected to a survey of our many prototypes before pulling the trigger on this final design.
The Gatsby Dining Chair will be released in June 2009. Environmentally hand-crafted in Los Angeles, using American made materials.
